Pricing

I provide services on a sliding scale basis, ranging from $125 to $175.

I also reserve 2 spots a month for low-fee clients at $50 a session.

What does this entail?

A hypnotherapy appointment is one hour long. This includes a brief interview with questions to expand on the issue at hand followed by the hypnosis session which takes up the remainder of the time.

All sessions are done virtually through Google Meet - keep in mind all appointment times are PST.

  • This is a therapeutic technique aimed at accessing a deeper state of consciousness to connect with one's inner wisdom or "higher self." This process allows the client to explore subconscious beliefs, gain insights, and foster personal growth. This approach can help with decision-making, emotional healing, and self-discovery by promoting a sense of clarity and empowerment. A healthy relationship with Higher self is a vital part of healing!

  • This involves working with different aspects or "parts" of the client's personality to resolve internal conflicts and achieve integration and harmony! This can involve working with one’s inner critic, inner healer, inner protector. This is used for a wide range of issues; anxiety, depression, low self esteem, inner child work, emotional healing, changing behavior patterns, breaking habits - the list goes on and on!

  • This therapeutic approach uncovers and addresses unresolved issues, traumas, or emotional wounds from the past that may be contributing to current struggles. This is used for; trauma, PTSD, phobias, inner child work, spiritual exploration (past & future life exploration).

  • Similar to regression therapy - this technique can be used to address emotional patterns, traumas, and beliefs passed down through generations. This can help uncover inherited wounds and limiting beliefs, connect with ancestral wisdom, and promote emotional and spiritual healing across the family lineage.

  • This healing technique combines hypnosis with the energetic practice of cord cutting to release unhealthy emotional ties to people, past relationships, situations and behaviors. This ritual makes room for emotional clarity, healing, and personal empowerment.

  • Also known as "tapping," EFT is a therapeutic technique that involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on emotional issues or physical sensations. Great for phobias, PTSD, chronic pain, anxiety.

  • This involves the use of rhythmic, repetitive stimulation of both sides of the body or brain to facilitate the processing and integration of traumatic memories, emotions, or distressing experiences.

  • Self-hypnosis empowers individuals to induce trance states and apply therapeutic techniques on their own, without the assistance of a therapist. If you’re someone who feels they would benefit from this work, but don’t have budget for multiple sessions this might be best for you to learn to self soothe with a hypnosis tailored to your issue.

  • This is a therapeutic process aimed at helping individuals who may be experiencing disturbances caused by non-physical entities or energies. This practice often involves identifying, addressing, and releasing the presence of these entities, which are believed to be spirits or energies that can influence a person's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
